Mazda Motor announced that the Mazda RX-8 R SPIRIT, a special version of its four doors, four-seat sports car engine rotating. SPIRIT R RX-8 will be on sale from 24 November 2011 at all Mazda and Mazda Anfini throughout Japan. Mazda RX-8 production will end in June 2012 and ESPRIT R will be the last special edition model.
SPIRIT R RX-8 is based on the RX-8 Type (with manual gearbox six-speed) and the RS Type E (with six-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission). It is named after the last limited edition Mazda RX-7, and this pedigree is reflected in the style features that include exclusive seat design and color wheels.
After launch, the Mazda RX-8 line will consist of the Spirit and RG Type (with six-speed electronically controlled) degrees only in the model. A separate recycling fee of ¥ 12 900 is required in addition to prices listed above. If the panel color Crystal White Pearl Mica is selected, the price increases of ¥ 31,500 (including VAT).
